what time所呈現(xiàn)的時間比較精確，指“幾點鐘”，“幾時幾分”。when所顯示的時間范圍廣，有時也可指“幾點鐘”，“幾點幾分”，用來代替what time。what time問具體的時間，如某一天的幾點鐘，甚至幾分鐘，而when問的時間比較籠統(tǒng)。
